About the role

As an HR Recruiter based in Thane, you will drive end-to-end hiring for collections roles across the Mumbai / Thane region, sourcing DRA and non-DRA debt-collection talent at volume.

Key responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for collections roles
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts
Maintain recruitment MIS and pipeline reporting
Partner with operations leaders on hiring plans and closures
