HR Recruiter Fresher Location : Surat Experience : 01 Year Roles &

Responsibilities Understand hiring requirements from different departments. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases. Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Handle interview feedback and candidate status updates.

Assist in offer rollout and onboarding activities. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes. Ability to work in a target-driven workplace. Positive knowledge of MS Office and Excel. Robust coordination and organisational skills. Quick learner with a positive attitude.
