About Akirah

Akirah is a new slow-luxury lifestyle brand built on mindful design, premium linens and timeless versatility. We believe in slow rituals. As a small, hands-on team, we move fast, learn together, and wear many hats.

The Role

We’re looking for a marketer who lives and breathes digital culture. You’ll help define Akirah’s voice across Instagram - creating reels, on-brand graphics, and timely trend content. As the brand grows, you’ll grow too: you will help with photoshoots, influencer outreach, email campaigns and even product styling.

What You’ll Do
Craft engaging short-form video content that feels effortless and authentic
Design polished graphics and layouts for feed posts, Stories and static ads
Track performance metrics and suggest optimizations to boost engagement
Create Instagram-first content (Reels, Stories, carousels)
Shoot + edit short-form videos (phone is fine)
Edit Reels using CapCut / Premiere Pro / InShot
Understand trends, hooks, pacing, audio
Create easy graphics (Canva-level is enough)




Help with content ideas, captions, posting

What We’re Looking For
Robust graphic-design skills: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent
Comfortable working using recent AI like Krea and other video editing AI toolsa
Proven ability to plan, shoot, and edit videos
Deep familiarity with current social media trends, influencers, and platform best practices
Excellent communication, organization, and a team-player mindset.
Flexibility to learn outside of social media: a small team means diverse responsibilities
