Candidate Profile
Postgraduate degree with B.Ed.; leadership or school administration qualifications will be preferred.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in school administration, including experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Headmistress/Headmaster, or senior academic leader.
Robust knowledge of CBSE guidelines, affiliation norms, academic planning, and school operations.
Proven ability to lead teachers, manage students, and coordinate effectively with parents and management.
Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and team-management skills.
Ability to maintain high standards of discipline, academics, student safety, and school development.
Experience in staff recruitment, teacher training, performance monitoring, budgeting, and institutional growth will be an advantage.
