Key Responsibilities Handle complete merchandising process from order placement to shipment . Coordinate with buyers, design, sampling, production, fabric, trims, QA and logistics teams. Prepare and follow TNA (Time & Action) calendar .

Manage buyer communication, order status and production follow-up. Coordinate sampling, approvals, fabric & trims . Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery. Prepare costing, order sheets, purchase orders and production follow-up reports .

Handle buyer comments and ensure timely implementation of approvals. Coordinate with factory/production teams to resolve order-related issues. Maintain accurate records of orders, samples, approvals and shipment schedules.

Ensure quality, delivery timelines and buyer requirements are met.

Required Skills Robust knowledge of Garment Merchandising & Export Documentation . Valuable understanding of Costing, TNA, Sampling and Production . Excellent buyer communication and follow-up skills .





Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, garments and construction . Ability to independently handle multiple styles/orders. Strong coordination and team-management skills. Positive MS Excel, MS Office and ERP knowledge.

Good English communication—written and verbal. Problem-solving and initiative-taking approach . Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred

CandidateExperience in Garment Export House / Buying House preferred.

Experience with European/US buyers will be an advantage. Candidates who can independently manage buyer accounts and production follow-up will be preferred.
