Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records and supporting senior accounts personnel in financial reporting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and purchase bills
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
Assist in GST calculation, filing, and compliance
Maintain records of expenses, payments, and receipts
Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups




Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
Support in statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PT, etc.)
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Assist during audits and provide required documentation
Monitor site-level accounting transactions (Real Estate projects)

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory Additional certification in Accounting/Taxation (preferred) 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage

Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of basic accounting principles
Working knowledge of GST and TDS
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office
Good understanding of real estate accounting practices (preferred) Strong numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
