Position: Field Sales Executive –Customer Onboarding
Department: Growth / Sales / Expansion
Location: Pune, PCMC
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities
Customer Prospecting: Visit local stores, restaurants, and vendors daily to pitch the delivery app advantages.
App Installation & Onboarding: Help merchants download, install, and set up the partner app on their mobile devices.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for app installs and active merchant sign-ups.
Relationship Management: Resolve basic merchant queries during onboarding and build long-term local trust.
Daily Reporting: Update visit logs, lead statuses, and feedback accurately in the internal reporting tool or CRM.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 0 to 2 years of field sales, direct marketing, or B2C/B2B tech sales experience. Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
Education: 12Th or Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Communication: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi
Requirements: Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Traits: High energy, persuasive negotiation style, and a resilient target-driven attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
