Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Cutting Operator to operate and maintain laser cutting machines for the production of high-quality metal components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for machine setup, material handling, quality inspection, and ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC laser cutting machines according to production schedules and work instructions.
Set up machines, load programs, and adjust cutting parameters as required.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely.
Monitor machine performance during operation and make necessary adjustments.
Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with dimensional and quality requirements.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning activities.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.




Minimize material waste and optimize machine utilization.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Follow workplace safety regulations, quality procedures, and company policies.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
High School Diploma, ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification.
Experience operating laser cutting machines in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Knowledge of CNC programming and machine operations is an advantage.
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Basic computer skills for machine operation and production reporting.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
