Build lead-generation, conversion, remarketing and e-commerce campaigns based on client objectives
Develop and execute testing plans for ad copy, creatives, audiences and landing pages
Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
Monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with transparent insights and recommended actions
Manage multiple client accounts and ensure campaigns meet agreed business objectives
Collaborate with creative, content and web teams to improve campaign performance
Identify tracking, account delivery, policy and disapproval issues and resolve them promptly

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
Robust understanding of lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns
Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns independently
Robust analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills
Valuable written and verbal communication skills




Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
Agency experience and Google/Meta certifications are an advantage
