Handle day-to-day branch banking and teller operations .
Process NEFT and RTGS transactions accurately within prescribed TAT.
Handle cash and non-cash transactions , including deposits, withdrawals and fund transfers.
Manage Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) opening and servicing requests.
Perform KYC verification and KYC updation as per bank guidelines.
Accept and process customer instructions, account servicing requests and transaction-related queries.
Handle DD/MC, cheque and other branch banking transactions .
Perform cash balancing and support daily reconciliation
Identify counterfeit currency and follow prescribed cash-handling procedures.
Provide effective customer service and resolve customer queries within defined TAT.




Educate customers about digital banking, payment channels and other banking services.
Maintain proper records, registers and transaction documentation.
Support branch audit, compliance and operational risk requirements.
Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, KYC/AML requirements and internal bank policies .
Coordinate with relevant internal teams for timely resolution of operational issues.

Support branch business by identifying prospects for

CASA, FD/RD, insurance, mutual funds, credit cards and other banking products
