Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and verification of contractor bills.
Quantity estimation, measurement, and reconciliation of civil works.
Cost monitoring and budget tracking.
Preparation of BOQs and rate analysis.
Review of work orders, contracts, and variation claims.
Coordination with site execution teams for measurement and billing activities.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely certification of bills.
Maintaining project documentation, MIS reports, and billing records.
Assisting in cost control and project commercial activities.
Candidate Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
7 to 12 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Billing for industrial, infrastructure, steel, mining, power, or large-scale construction projects.
Robust knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, billing, rate analysis, and contract management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other project/commercial management tools.
Ability to work effectively at project sites and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
Experience in industrial projects, beneficiation plants, mining projects, steel plants, or heavy infrastructure works.
Exposure to PMC or EPC project settings will be an added advantage.
