Key Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
Ensure products meet company quality standards and specifications.
Identify defects, quality issues, and deviations during production.
Conduct regular quality checks and maintain inspection records.
Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues.
Monitor and reduce product defects, wastages, and customer complaints.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports.
Maintain proper documentation of quality inspections and corrective actions.
Support internal and external quality audits.
suggest improvement to production and quality processes.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Quality Mnagement, Production, or related field.
1 or 3years of relevant experience preffered.
Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection methods.
Positive observation and problem solving skill.
Robust attention to detail.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
