Qualifications

Graduation or above preferred.

Candidates from BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Sales ,Operations or related fields preferred

Experienced, enthusiastic, energetic and ground-smart candidates can also apply.

Freshers are welcome if they have the ability to manage people and handle responsibilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.





Willingness to work in a project-based and fast-paced setting.

Comfortable with field work and travel when required.

Immediate joiners / candidates available at short notice preferred.

Candidates with a learning mindset, ownership attitude and problem-solving ability preferred.

Role Description
Assist in project execution and on-ground operations.
Coordinate with field teams, clients and vendors.
Manage daily tasks, follow-ups and project updates.
Support team management and field-level activities.
Ensure projects are completed on time and as per requirements.
Travel to project locations when required.
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and resolve ground-level issues.
Based on performance, candidates may be considered for a full-time role.
