Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other paid media platforms
Drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies
Monitor campaign performance and optimize metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPC, and CTR
Handle media planning, budgeting, and campaign forecasting
Lead client communication for campaign updates, strategy discussions, and performance reviews
Analyze campaign insights and prepare detailed performance reports
Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies
Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure smooth campaign execution





Qualifications
Prior agency experience is mandatory
Experience handling domestic brands across industries
Proven track record of delivering successful paid campaigns
Team handling experience will be an added advantage
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Knowledge of campaign scaling, audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking
Understanding of Google Analytics, GTM, and reporting dashboards
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
