Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Restaurant Manager to lead the overall operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-end restaurants, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and building strong, service-oriented teams. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership, impeccable grooming standards, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery aligned with our standards
Own the guest experience, proactively engaging with customers and handling feedback with maturity and professionalism
Build, train, and manage front-of-house teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer centricity across the team
Ensure adherence to SOPs related to service, hygiene, grooming,



and compliance
Monitor sales performance, cost controls, inventory, and manpower planning
Collaborate closely with the culinary and bar teams to ensure service excellence and menu alignment
Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining strong floor presence and customer relationships

Key Requirements
Prior experience managing premium restaurants is mandatory
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in customer interaction
High standards of personal grooming and professional presentation
Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to take end-to-end responsibility
Strong people management and team-building capabilities
Operationally sound with a balance of service excellence and business acumen.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
