Role Description The Area Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Kolkata. The individual in this role is responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned territory, including planning, executing, and monitoring sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Day-to-day tasks include supervising and guiding the field sales team, conducting regular market visits, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, chemists, distributors,



and key accounts, and ensuring effective implementation of promotional activities. The Area Sales Manager will analyze sales data, track competitor activities, forecast demand, and provide timely reporting and feedback to senior management. This role also involves coordinating with internal departments for supply, marketing support, and compliance, while ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
