Role Description The Operations Manager role at Omaxe Designer Tile is a full-time, on-site position based in Surajpur Site C Industrial Area. The Operations Manager oversees daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and cost-efficiency. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, managing inventory and materials, coordinating with procurement and logistics,



and supervising shop-floor teams. The role also involves implementing process improvements, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and preparing operational reports for senior leadership.
