Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales / Business Development professional with experience in the metal fabrication industry to develop new customers and business opportunities across India.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing relationships with OEMs and industrial companies, understanding their fabrication requirements, coordinating quotations and technical discussions, and converting enquiries into profitable orders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop current business opportunities for sheet metal, heavy fabrication and stainless-steel fabrication.
Identify and approach potential customers across India, particularly OEMs, engineering companies, infrastructure companies and industrial manufacturers.
Generate new enquiries through direct visits, references,



networking, exhibitions, LinkedIn, databases and other channels.
Understand customer drawings, fabrication requirements, materials, quantities and specifications.
Coordinate with the estimation, engineering, production and QA teams for preparing technically and commercially viable quotations.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations and negotiations until order closure.
Develop long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Conduct regular customer visits and understand upcoming projects and procurement requirements.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update enquiry/order status.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial conditions.
Coordinate with internal teams from PO receipt through production and dispatch to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor customer feedback, complaints and payment-related issues.
