We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Operations Manager to manage day-to-day sea and air freight operations.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end shipment management
* Shipping line / airline / agent coordination
* Customer and documentation handling
* Team management
* Import & export operations
* Shipment tracking and issue resolution
* SOP and process improvement
Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years of freight forwarding experience
* Valuable knowledge of sea and air freight
* Strong communication and team-handling skills
* Good problem-solving and operational knowledge
