About the Role
At Yash Realty Group, we help businesses find office spaces that support their growth and evolving needs.
As a Sales Executive – Commercial Real Estate, you will work with corporate clients throughout their office search—from understanding their requirements and identifying suitable options to coordinating property visits, proposals and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective clients and understand their office-space requirements.
• Identify and present suitable commercial properties and coworking solutions.
• Coordinate client meetings and property visits.
• Prepare proposals and property comparisons.
• Follow up with clients and support commercial negotiations and transaction closures.
• Build relationships with property owners, developers and workspace operators.
• Maintain regular updates of leads and client interactions.

Who Can Apply
• Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate or coworking.
• Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in commercial real estate are also welcome.




• Candidates who enjoy meeting people, building relationships and understanding businesses.
• Comfortable with client meetings and travelling within Pune.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• A two-wheeler is preferred.
