Software Developer (Android)
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate in technical discussions to evaluate business requirements and define effective software solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality applications.
Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability and performance.
Analyze and resolve software defects and production issues in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Adhere to software development best practices, coding standards, and SDLC processes.
Support application deployments, product enhancements, and release activities.
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and take ownership of assigned development tasks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Java, C++,
Spring Boot, HTML5, XML, and SQL.
Experience developing Android applications using Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and Material Design.
Proficiency in building and integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka is preferred.
Experience with UPI, payment gateway, or banking integrations is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Google Play Store deployment and release management processes.
Understanding of modern application architecture and software engineering principles.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to banking, financial services, fintech, or digital payments domains.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.
