We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mainframe Developer with expertise in COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, VSAM, and mainframe testing. The ideal candidate should have robust problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in system testing, regression testing, and API testing, and the ability to work in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain Mainframe applications using COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, and VSAM.
Perform system testing (SIT), functional testing, and regression testing for mainframe applications.
Create, run, and execute JCLs, validate job statuses in spool, and troubleshoot JCL errors.
Write and execute complex SQL queries for mainframe database validation.
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman/Insomnia and integrate automation using TOSCA or similar tools.
Track and monitor defects, execute test cases, and generate test reports and metrics.
Collaborate with BAs, Business Users,



and Scrum Teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and assist business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Implement automation testing using TOSCA or Selenium (preferred).
Ensure compliance with organization-wide testing and development guidelines.

Mandatory Skills:
Mainframe Development & Testing (COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, VSAM)
API Testing (Postman, Insomnia)
Automation Testing (TOSCA – positive to have)

Preferred Skills (Positive to Have):
Performance Testing (JMeter)
Experience in Agile methodologies and test automation
