Job Overview

Gharabadi Realty Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential plots, generating leads, handling customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential plots and real estate projects.
Generate leads through calls, references, field visits, and other sources.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Explain project details, plot specifications, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
Arrange and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.
Maintain daily sales reports and update lead/customer information.




Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competing projects.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers are welcome; experience in real estate, property sales, field sales, or tele-sales will be an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel for site visits and field sales activities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM will be an advantage.
Candidates with knowledge of the Bhubaneswar real estate market will be preferred.
