Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, Lightning technologies, Apex, integrations, and best practices while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on business requirements
Develop scalable custom applications, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, Flows, and Process Builder automation
Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with external enterprise applications
Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support




Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance
Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders during the SDLC
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices

Required Skills
4–8 years of Salesforce development experience
Solid expertise in:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Aura Components
Visualforce
SOQL/SOSL
Salesforce Flows
Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools such as:
Change Sets
Salesforce DX (SFDX)
VS Code
Git
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Robust understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets
Positive knowledge of governor limits and platform optimization
