Roles & Responsibilities:

Seller Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and acquire new sellers, brands, distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturers across the UAE.
Build a solid pipeline of prospective sellers through cold calling, networking, field visits, LinkedIn outreach, trade shows, and referrals.
Present and communicate Jebelz's marketplace value proposition to potential partners.
Conduct business meetings and product demonstrations in Arabic and English.
Negotiate commercial terms and close onboarding agreements.

Seller Onboarding
Guide sellers through the onboarding process including documentation, agreements, product catalog creation, and account setup.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful seller activation.
Ensure product listings meet marketplace quality standards.
Assist sellers in pricing, promotions, and marketplace best practices.

Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with sellers and key decision-makers.
Act as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded sellers.
Monitor seller performance and identify growth opportunities.




Resolve onboarding and operational issues to improve seller satisfaction.

Market Research
Research market trends, competitor marketplaces, and current supplier opportunities.
Identify high-demand categories and brands suitable for Jebelz.
Maintain an updated database of target accounts and prospects.

Performance & Reporting
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
Track acquisition KPIs and onboarding metrics.
Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
2–5+ years of experience in Business Development, Seller Acquisition, Marketplace Growth, B2B Sales, or Channel Sales.
Experience working with UAE suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, or marketplace platforms.
Robust negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Self-driven with a proven ability to achieve acquisition targets.
