We are looking for an experienced PVC Extrusion Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities / Job Roles:
Operate and monitor PVC extrusion machinery for pipe manufacturing
Set up and calibrate extrusion line parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed
Monitor raw material feeding, mixing, and blending processes
Ensure product quality as per dimensional and IS quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns and process deviations
Carry out routine preventive maintenance of extrusion equipment
Maintain accurate production records and daily reports
Coordinate with the quality control team for product testing
Ensure compliance with safety standards on the shop floor
Train and supervise machine operators and line staff
Manage inventory of raw materials such as PVC resin and additives




Identify opportunities to optimize production and reduce wastage

Preferred Qualification
Candidates with hands-on experience in column pipe (borewell pipe) extrusion and manufacturing will be given robust preference.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Plastics, or Polymer Engineering, or related field
Proven experience working with PVC extrusion lines in a pipe manufacturing unit
Solid understanding of extrusion process parameters and troubleshooting
Positive communication and team supervision skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
