Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
Analyze healthcare workflows and translate business needs into functional requirements.
Collaborate with Salesforce consultants and development teams to design effective Health Cloud solutions.
Prepare user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
Support UAT, change management, and user training activities.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Required Skills:
5+ years of Business Analysis experience with Salesforce.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, and solution design.
Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred.
