Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and revenue targets for assigned consumer banking products across the designated area
Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers and sales executives to achieve individual and team objectives
Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the assigned portfolio
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all sales activities
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management




Participate in product training and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated on offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualified qualification
Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 5 or more members
Strong knowledge of consumer banking products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
Proficiency in relevant banking systems and MS Office applications
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area
Strong ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance
