We are looking for a QA Lead – Automation to lead test automation initiatives for B2B enterprise software products. The role will focus on building scalable automation frameworks, integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines, improving test coverage, and reducing manual testing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
Develop automated tests for functional, regression, API, and integration testing.
Work with Python or Java and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Perform API and SQL-based data validation.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Identify prospects to improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing.
Lead and mentor a QA team, including task allocation, technical guidance, code reviews, and performance development.
Required Skills
8 years of QA/Software Testing experience with robust automation experience.
Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
Experience with API testing, SQL, and CI/CD.
2–3 years of experience leading/managing QA engineers or an automation team.
Solid understanding of automation framework design and QA best practices.
Experience in B2B enterprise software / SaaS environments.
