Senior Executive - Packaging Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive – Packaging Location: (Mumbai – Goregaon) Grade:
TM-2/ TM - 3 Key Responsibilities: Develop and improve packaging solutions for current and existing products. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, QA, and Sales teams for packaging execution. Optimize packaging cost while maintaining quality and product safety. Work with packaging material vendors and manage trials, approvals, and specifications. Ensure compliance with packaging standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability initiatives. Maintain necessary documents from each packaging vendor (exporting country specific) Resolve packaging-related issues and support continuous improvement projects.

Required Qualifications &

Experience: Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, or a related field. 3–7 years of experience in packaging development or packaging operations.

Experience in Fresh Fruits, FMCG, Food, Agro, Seeds, Crop Care, or Manufacturing industries preferred. Knowledge of packaging materials, vendor management, and quality standards. Robust problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
