Role Overview

We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle after-sales service, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of LT, HT & ACDB Panels, along with customer-site support and technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer complaints and after-sales service activities.
Perform troubleshooting, testing, repair, rectification & commissioning of electrical panels.
Visit customer sites for service and technical support.
Assist with panel modifications, wiring, and fault identification.
Coordinate with customers, site engineers, vendors, and internal teams.
Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation.




Follow safety standards and ensure timely completion of service activities.

Requirements
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory
2–4 years of relevant experience in Electrical Panels / Switchgear / Service / Testing / Commissioning.
Strong knowledge of electrical panels and troubleshooting.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.
