Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented District Manager to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage distributor and field sales operations within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned district.
Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and channel partners.
Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Officers and field sales executives.
Ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key retailers, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
Ensure product availability and optimum stock levels across the territory.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence for management.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and identify business opportunities.




Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy business relationships.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science background is preferred).
5–10 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in as a manager.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Self-motivated, customer-focused, and result-driven.

Pay: ₹14,349.84 - ₹57,089.45 per month
