Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and define infrastructure architecture, deployment layout, and strategy for PV Suite products.
Manage client relationships regarding infrastructure and PV product deployment.
Oversee product release and installation processes, ensuring smooth deployment.
Lead a team to manage parallel deployments for multiple clients.
Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve deployment issues.
Handle RxLogix PV Suite product installation and upgrades, including Spotfire.
Author infrastructure architecture specifications and Installation Qualification (IQ) documentation for installations and upgrades.
Monitor and review IQ execution.
Track and resolve deployment-related issues.
