ServiceNow Platform Leadership
Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Define technical architecture and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Drive platform governance, scalability, and performance improvements.
ITSM Process Implementation
Implement and enhance ITSM modules:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Request Management
Service Catalog
Knowledge Management
Align ITSM processes with ITIL standards and organizational requirements
Requirement Gathering &
Solution Design
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
Conduct workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Prepare solution designs, process flows, and technical documentation.
Development &
Configuration
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using:
Business Rules
Client Scripts
Script Includes
UI Policies
UI Actions
Flow Designer
IntegrationHub
Develop and maintain custom applications where needed.
Integration Management
Design and implement integrations with external systems using:
REST APIs
SOAP Web Services
MID Server
IntegrationHub Spokes




Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
CMDB &
Asset Management
Define CMDB strategy and governance.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within CMDB.
Support Discovery and Service Mapping implementations.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers, administrators, and analysts.
Conduct code reviews and design reviews.
Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
Project &
Release Management
Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate deployments, upgrades, and releases.
Ensure successful execution of ServiceNow initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business owners, architects, and IT teams.
Present solution proposals and project status updates.
Manage stakeholder expectations and priorities.
Support &
Continuous Improvement
Act as an escalation point for complex production issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Identify automation prospects to improve operational efficiency.
