Key Responsibilities:
Interact with product owners and client users to understand business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Author and/or review validation test plans, strategies, requirement traceability matrices, and test summary reports for product releases.
Lead, mentor, and guide testing teams for all testing activities, including system, functional, manual, automation, OQ, PQ, IQ, etc.
Ensure quality of testing and timely release of product features and validation documents.
Work in Agile/Scrum setting using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Support internal QA team during audits for product/project documents and artifacts.
