Service Manager (Pharma Machinery)

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead after-sales service operations for pharmaceutical machinery. The role involves managing installations, maintenance, technical support, customer relationships, and service revenue generation through AMCs, spare parts, and machine upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
Lead field service engineers for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support.
Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and support IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.
Handle complex technical escalations related to mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Drive AMC, spare parts, and retrofit sales.




Conduct training for service engineers and customer operators.
Monitor service KPIs such as MTTR, First-Time Fix Rate, and Customer Satisfaction.

Desired Profile
8–12 years of experience in industrial machinery servicing, with at least 3 years in pharmaceutical machinery.
Robust knowledge of PLC automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision mechanics.
Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, cGMP, and validation protocols.
Excellent leadership, customer handling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical Machinery, Packaging Machinery, Process Equipment, Tablet Compression, Granulation, Liquid Filling, or Blister Packing Machinery.
