Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Copilot Agent Developer with expertise in the Microsoft AI ecosystem, Azure, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, deploying, debugging, and optimizing AI agents, with robust knowledge of Azure services, governance, monitoring, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Copilot/Agent365 solutions.
Deploy and manage AI agents on Azure.
Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Connectors, MCP, Azure Functions, and enterprise integrations.
Configure and manage Azure settings, solution deployment, packaging, security groups, and Power Platform components.
Implement Azure monitoring, governance, RBAC, telemetry, and observability.
Monitor agent performance, optimize key metrics, and improve solution reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure
