Position: System Management AssistantWorking Hours: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AMLocation: Crusher Plant

Job Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the computer/system-related activities of the crusher plant during the morning shift.
Record daily production, material dispatch, stock and vehicle details in the system.
Enter and update lorry/loading information accurately.
Maintain daily records of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Check and update production and sales-related data.
Prepare basic daily reports for management.
Coordinate with the crusher supervisor, operators and lorry drivers.
Verify that system entries and physical records match.
Report any discrepancies or unusual entries to the management.
Maintain proper and organized digital records.
Handle basic computer operations such as Excel, data entry, printing and report preparation.

Requirements
Basic computer knowledge is essential.




Knowledge of MS Excel and data entry is preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Must be responsible and punctual.
Previous experience in a crusher plant, transport office or similar business is preferred.
Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is preferred.
Should be able to work independently during the morning shift.

Working Hours 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM – 4 hours per day

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and ability.

A person who performs the work efficiently, maintains accurate records and takes responsibility for the system and daily operations will be considered for a salary increase based on performance.
