Key Area Of Work
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the residential project site, Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards, Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
Verify measurements, billing, and material consumption at site, Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Monitor RCC, finishing, waterproofing, MEP, and other civil activities, Track project timelines and support timely project completion.
Coordinate with purchase and stores departments for material planning, Solid understanding of RCC, finishing, and civil works.
Ability to read drawings and BOQ, Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting, Robust problem-solving and coordination abilities. , Positive communication and team management skills
