WE’RE HIRING | E-COMMERCE SALES & MARKETPLACE MANAGER – MEN’S WEAR
Are you an experienced fashion e-commerce professional who knows how to turn online platforms into strong sales channels?
We’re looking for someone who can own online sales for Men’s Wear across multiple platforms, manage marketplace performance, and develop strategies that drive revenue, conversion, and business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Managing online sales across the brand website and marketplaces such as Myntra, AJIO, Tata CLiQ Luxury & other platforms
• Developing and executing online sales campaigns, promotions and offers
• Creating strategies to increase online revenue, conversion and sell-through
• Managing online product assortment, visibility and catalogue performance
• Analysing sales, inventory, marketplace and product performance
• Identifying opportunities to improve online sales and profitability
• Planning and executing new product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Managing EOSS and promotional periods to maximise sales




• Coordinating with marketplace teams and internal stakeholders for smooth execution
• Preparing MIS reports, sales analysis and actionable business insights

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of hands-on experience in Fashion E-commerce/ marketplace Sales/Online Business Management, preferably within Men’s Wear, Premium, or Luxury Fashion.

We are looking for a business-focused qualified with proven online sales experience — not a fresher or entry-level fashion candidate.
You should understand marketplace operations, online customer behaviour, sales campaigns, product performance and how to build strategies that deliver measurable growth.
