We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project sites in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily on-site civil construction activities and monitor progress against the project schedule
Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and site engineers to ensure smooth execution of work
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality specifications
Monitor material usage and inventory, and coordinate procurement as needed
Maintain daily site reports, progress records, and documentation
Identify and resolve in office issues, escalating critical problems to management
Conduct quality checks and inspections of ongoing civil work
Coordinate with clients, architects,



and consultants as required

Qualifications Required
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in civil/construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
Positive communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore and manage day-to-day site operations

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
