Experience: 1–3 years of experience in tax, accounting, or finance, with exposure to
U.S. tax compliance and tax provision processes.
● Technical Proficiency: Solid Excel and Google Sheets skills and ability to manage complex data sets. Experience with tax systems like OneSource is preferred but not required.
● Operational Mindset: Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of working effectively within structured close calendars and defined SLAs.
● Technology-Forward Mindset: An open, proactive approach to technology; comfortable working in AI- and automation-enabled settings and eager to explore current tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a focus on AI/automation tools.
