Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements related to Workday integrations and HR processes.
Design functional solutions and integration requirements using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
Collaborate with business users, HR teams, and technical consultants to define integration strategies.
Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and solution design documents.
Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Troubleshoot integration issues and recommend process improvements.
Participate in Workday implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.

Required Skills
59 years of overall experience with robust Workday functional and integration experience.
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM business processes.
Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to Workday Payroll, Advantages, Time Tracking, or Financials.
Workday certification is an added advantage.
Experience working in consulting or client-facing settings.
