Job Title: Workday Studio Functional Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration and reporting requirements.
Design and support Workday integration solutions using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Web Services.
Gather and document functional requirements and prepare solution design documents.
Analyze business processes and recommend best practices for Workday HCM and related modules.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of integrations.
Support testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance activities.
Troubleshoot integration issues and perform impact assessments for system changes.
Participate in Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.

Required Skills




5+ years of experience in Workday Functional Consulting and Integrations.
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
Solid understanding of Workday HCM business processes.
Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.
Knowledge of Workday reporting, security, and data management concepts.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience working on global Workday implementation projects.
Exposure to additional Workday modules such as Payroll, Advantages, Time Tracking, or Talent.
Workday certification is an added advantage.
