Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers regarding lubricants and grease products.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Handle and follow up on leads received through the IndiaMART website.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
Coordinate with the sales and distribution team for order processing and customer requirements.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and update the status of leads.
Generate current business opportunities through telephone calls and online enquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and orders.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers and distributors.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and lead-conversion targets.
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager on leads and customer follow-ups.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
