We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Training & Placement Officer to build and manage the placement and internship ecosystem for our IT course Training & coaching startup.
The person will be responsible for developing robust relationships with IT companies, startups, SMEs, recruitment firms, colleges, and industry professionals and creating internship and placement prospects for students enrolled in our technical courses.
This is a business-development-oriented placement role, not limited to forwarding resumes. The TPO will be expected to actively identify employers, initiate conversations, develop partnerships, understand hiring requirements, coordinate interviews, prepare students, and track placement outcomes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
