Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow-ups, enquiries, and appointment coordination. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining valuable customer relationships and generating store visits through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Follow up with customers regarding jewellery enquiries, purchases, quotations, and appointments.
Inform customers about new jewellery collections, offers, events, and special promotions.
Generate and maintain customer leads through calls and follow-ups.
Invite customers to visit the showroom and coordinate appointments.
Handle incoming customer calls and respond professionally to enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records, customer details, follow-up dates, and enquiry status.




Regularly follow up with interested customers until conversion.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer visits and requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and follow-up targets.

Candidate Requirements
Valuable communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Pleasant voice, confident personality, and professional telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp/CRM systems.
Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Customer-service-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle multiple customer follow-ups systematically.
Previous experience in telecalling, jewellery, retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also be considered.
