Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls for Hathway Broadband queries and complaints.Provide troubleshooting guidance, service activation, billing support, and follow-ups.Log issues accurately in the CRM and coordinate with technical teams.Ensure timely resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.Communicate primarily in Kannada with basic English as required. Requirements:Minimum 10th pass.
