About the Role

Bizz To Brand is looking for a creative, active, and trend-focused Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate understands how to build brands on social media, create engaging content, and run performance-driven advertising campaigns that generate leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage social media strategies for clients and the company.
Create engaging and creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, algorithms, and viral content.
Plan and manage content calendars, posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation and sales campaigns.
Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and sales.
Conduct audience research and identify opportunities for growth.
SEO knowledge to social media content, websites, blogs, and campaigns.
Track social media and advertising performance and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate with designers,



content creators, and the marketing team to execute campaigns.

Requirements
Proven experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, especially sales and lead-generation campaigns.
Creative mindset with excellent content and campaign ideas.
Strong understanding of current social media trends.
Positive knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand campaign data and improve performance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proactive, energetic, and willing to experiment with recent ideas.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at the same time.
