To lead and supervise the sales/operations team for FMCG and spare parts, ensuring achievement of sales targets, proper stock management, customer satisfaction, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Manage sales and distribution of FMCG and spare-parts products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, ageing, and replenishment requirements.
Ensure timely order processing, billing, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
Track daily/weekly sales performance and prepare MIS reports for management.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer/dealer network.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for quick solutions.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, credit limits, and collection procedures.




Conduct regular market visits and support the team in achieving business objectives.
Train and develop team members on products, sales processes, and customer handling.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Purchase, and Logistics teams.

Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in FMCG, automotive spare parts, distribution, aftermarket, or a related industry.
Prior experience in team handling and target-oriented sales is preferred.
Good understanding of dealer/distributor management and market development.
Solid communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and basic ERP/SAP systems.
Willingness to travel for market/dealer visits.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
